Notice to Customers
D&L is in constant contact with the State Health Department as they are monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely. We are taking all the necessary precautions to keeps our employee safe as well as the community at large. We have increased sanitation measures in all of our branches and are regularly changing air filters.
Currently we are operating under heightened awareness - our Stores, Will-Call, and Website will remain open, and we are doing daily deliveries with additional health precautions in place. We will no longer deliver product in unit, but can deliver to a building or hallway. Our inventory remains well-stocked, and the majority of our products are not experiencing any delays and arriving as scheduled.
All 18 D&L locations are open and willing to work with you in the best way possible. Please check our website (Locations tab) for location information and phone numbers for each of the local branches.
- Call your local D&L branch between 7:30 am - 5pm (Monday - Friday)
- We can Ship, deliver (when applicable), pick up at Will-Call or curbside delivery (just call the branch ahead)
At some of our stores, you will see a sign that requests that you call the store to order the parts. They will process payment over the phone, pull your part and then either leave it outside the branch for you to pick up or put it in the back of your vehicle.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation at this time. Please be safe, only go out if necessary, wash your hands, and, most importantly, remain calm.
