Deb Hubbard
Corporate Vice-PresidentDeb Hubbard is Vice-President of the Corporation. She is Ralph Brackett's daughter, a third generation family member with D&L. Deb attended Meredith College and received an Associates Degree in Arts from Central Piedmont Community College in Charlotte. She is also a graduate of the Women In Management program at Queens College. In 1994, Deb completed General Electric’s Leadership training program.
Deb joined the company in 1974. Her primary responsibilities include overseeing sales and marketing, Information Technologies department, public relations, human resource, E-business development, advertising, telecommunications, and the day-to-day operations of our branches.

Talmadge Sigmon
General ManagerTalmadge Sigmon is our General Manager. He joined D&L in 1970. His primary responsibilities include purchasing, inventory control, and the day-to-day operations of all D&L branches. Talmadge has held many positions within D&L starting out as an outside sales rep, and then branch manager of one of our largest locations for 20 years before joining our Corporate management team in 1993. Talmadge also completed General Electric’s Leadership training program in 1994.

Pam Butler
Secretary of the Corporation/Corporate Office ManagerPam Butler is the Secretary of the Corporation. She joined D&L in 1968. Her primary responsibilities include all departments on the financial side of our business (Accounts Receivable/Payables), personnel, overseeing our mainframe development, and the day-to-day operations of our branches. Pam also completed General Electric’s Leadership training program in 1994.

Gene Lash
Manager Information TechnologiesGene Lash is our Information Technologies Manager. His primary responsibilities include systems development, tech support and training for our employees and customers. Gene joined D&L in 1995.
Before joining D&L, Gene had experience in the appliance parts industry as a sales representative and branch manager for one of the largest parts distributors in the country. Gene has also been the owner of two separate companies, which enables him to understand our customers and employees' needs better than most IT personnel would be able to.

Tom May
Distribution ManagerTom May is a graduate from East Carolina University with a degree in Business Administration. Tom joined D&L Parts Co. in 1999 as the Distribution Manager of our corporate warehouse in Charlotte, NC.
Before joining D&L, Tom had experience as a Distribution Manager for the Sara Lee Corporation. He was a Production Manager and worked in sales and marketing for a nationwide company. Tom has also been an owner and general manager of two different companies of his own.

Paul Evans
Charlotte Branch Manager (Freedom Drive location)Paul has been associated with D&L Parts Company since 1986. Before becoming Branch Manager of the Charlotte-Freedom Drive location Paul was Sales Manager here. Previous to that he worked in our warehouse operations which has contributed to his extensive knowledge of appliance parts.

Paul has owned and operated several businesses of his own, among them Evanswood Bed and Biscuit and Learning Path Education Supply Store.
Tracy Mahaffey
Charlotte Branch Manager (Monroe Road location)Tracy has been employed at D&L Parts Co since 1994. During her 11 years, Tracy has held several positions ranging from warehouse, office, to counter parts sales, to her current position as Branch Manager of the Charlotte-Monroe Road location since January 2005.
With over 11 years of experience in the appliance parts industry, Tracy has a positive, "can do" attitude to help our customers.

Michael Murray
Durham Branch ManagerMike Murray has been with D&L Parts Co. since 1981. Mike is well educated in both the Appliance Industry and the Heating and Air Conditioning Industry.

Mike has extensive knowledge in helping resolve technical problems in the Appliance field. Mike also has the ability to help you design new Heating and Air Conditioning systems using the correct most up-to-date equipment and parts available.
Barbara Thomas
Fayetteville Branch ManagerBarbara Thomas attended Fayetteville Community College in their Business Administration program. Barbara has been with D&L Parts Co. since 1985 and has over 17 years experience in both the Appliance Parts and the Heating and Air Conditioning business.

Robert Turner
Florence Branch ManagerRobert Turner is a graduate from South Florence Vocational School in the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration program. Robert has been with D&L Parts Co. since 1981 starting as a Counter Sales Person then working his way up to Branch Manager of our Florence, SC location for over 15 years.

Greensboro Branch Manager
Ruth Davidson has been with D&L Parts Co. since 1984. In her 20+ years with the company she has held several positions within D&L including Office Manager, Counter Sales, and now Branch Manager of the Greensboro store since January 2006. Before coming to work for D&L, Ruth was employed as Assistant Maintenance Supervisor for a large apartment complex in Greensboro.
When she's not working at D&L, Ruth volunteers her time with the Girl Scouts and the youth group at her church. Ruth is a person who is dedicated to being helpful to her customers and business partners.
Steve Padgett
Greenville Branch ManagerSteve Padgett has been with D&L Parts Co. since 1985. Steve has over 24 years of sales experience. He also has the experience of being a business owner himself. We are proud of the fact that Steve is very involved in serving his community.

Linda Dail
Jacksonville Branch ManagerLinda Dail has been with D&L Parts Co. since 2003. Linda started out as an administrative assistant and warranty administrator in the D&L Raleigh location until January 2006 when she became the Branch Manager of our Jacksonville, North Carolina store.

Myrtle Beach Branch ManagerRebecca Hatchell has been with D&L Parts Co. since 1994. Before coming to work for D&L, Rebecca was employed with the General Electric Company in Myrtle Beach managing their Parts Department. Rebecca has over 20 years experience in the Appliance Parts industry.

Lisa Johnson
Raleigh-Trane Branch ManagerLisa Johnson has been working in the Appliance, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning industry since 1998. For the past 7 years, Lisa held many positions at the D&L Raleigh Atlantic Avenue location, including office administration and inside sales where she quickly became a favorite with our customers. Lisa was recently promoted to the Branch Manager of our Raleigh-Trane location in 2005.

Like most of D&L’s employees, Lisa is a firm believer in continuing her education. During the years, she has completed the ServiceFirst Boot Camp and Customer Relations courses through The Trane Company's extensive training program.
Glenn Barbour
Raleigh Branch Manager/Regional Manager (Eastern NC)Glenn Barbour is a graduate from North Carolina Wesleyan College with a Business Administration degree. Glenn has been employed with D&L Parts Co since 1976. Glenn has held many positions within D&L starting as an outside sales rep, and then manager of two of our branch locations. He has served as the manager of our Raleigh location (Atlantic Ave) since 1991. In 2003, he was promoted to Regional Manager of our Eastern North Carolina locations.

Glenn is a firm believer in continuing education. During the years, he has attended and completed General Electric’s GEA Leadership week training. Glenn has also completed the following courses: Distributor Orientation, Sales Management, Business Management and Customer Relations through Trane’s Partners in Excellence training curriculum.
We are also proud that Glenn is actively involved in serving the needs of our industry. He has been on the Board of Directors for 5 years with the Mechanical Contractors of North Carolina Association (MC of NC), formerly North Carolina Heating & Air Conditioning Contractors Association (NCHACCA).
Peter Schmitz
Wilmington Branch ManagerPeter Schmitz, a native of Washington State, has been with D&L since 2003. He came to Wilmington from Anchorage, Alaska with a background in retail and customer service experience from W.W. Grainger and R.E. Michel Company.
Peter is continuing his education to further the success of the Wilmington branch and has a large customer base.

Dennis Butts
Winston-Salem Branch ManagerDennis Butts is a graduate from Alamance Technical Community College with emphases on Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. He has also attended and completed classes on Trane Equipment, Trane Parts and Hazard Materials. Dennis has been with D&L Parts Co. since 1973. He has over 30 years experience in both the Appliance and Heating and Air Conditioning business.
