Satisfaction

To ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with the service they receive at D&L, we have authorized all our Branch Managers to handle customer issues locally and directly with our customers. Warranty / Responsibility

D&L Parts Company's warranty with respect to any items sold is limited solely to such warranty as the manufacturer issues to us, and we make no other warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. D&L is not responsible for labor charges or consequential damages of any nature whatsoever. D&L will not assume any responsibility for improper diagnosis or installation. All warranty credits are subject to factory approval. D & L Parts Company makes no claims, promises, warranties or guaranties about any product listed herein and is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from any product defect, error or failure to perform.

Return Policy

You may return (at your expense) any item purchased from D&L within 30 days of receiving your order. However, Electrical, Gas or Special Order Parts are NOT returnable. The item you are returning must be in new or saleable condition. It cannot be used, installed, or damaged in any way. Returnable items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Any non-stock item D&L special orders from the factory for you may not be returned. All claims and returns must be accompanied with a D&L invoice or sales order. You must first obtain approval for the merchandise return. All requests for returning an item must be emailed to: sales@dlpartsco.com. Please include your name, D&L sales order number or invoice number, and the reason for your return request.

Shipping

D&L offers SAME DAY SHIPPING, on "in stock" items, if your order is placed by 4:00 p.m. EST (Monday - Friday). However, in some locations we may be able to ship your order up to 5:00 p.m. (EST). For Retail customers D&L charges a flat-rate shipping of $8.95 in the continental United States via UPS, but larger items may incur higher shipping charges. Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air options are available. However, to get an accurate quote on shipping fees, contact 800.432.6068. Your ship-to address must be a physical address and not a P.O. Box.

Prices

D&L offers every day, low prices. Due to market conditions, all prices shown on our website are subject to change without notice. The prices charged will be those in effect at the time of shipment or delivery. However, firm price quotations can be made upon request, subject to the conditions made at the time of quotation. Quantity pricing is also available upon request. Advertised prices exclude tax, shipping and handling charges.

Terms of Payment

All sales are made on cash or COD basis unless previous arrangements for an open account have been made.

Sales Tax

D&L charges sales tax for customers in state of North Carolina and South Carolina. Currently we can only calculate STATE tax online in your shopping cart, when applicable. Once your order is entered at D&L and shipped it may include additional COUNTY taxes depending on the state and county we are shipping your merchandise to.

Merchandise Damaged In Shipment

Claims for parts or merchandise damaged in shipment are to be made directly with the freight carrier. However, feel free to contact your nearest D&L location for assistance.

United Parcel Service Company assumes responsibility for their shipments and damage claims are to be made directly with UPS.

The U.S. Post Office Department assumes responsibility for COD shipments and for items damaged (if insured). Claims should be made with the local post office accompanied with damaged merchandise and shipping carton

D&L is dedicated to protecting your privacy. We will not rent, sell, loan, or share your personal information with any third party for advertising or solicitation without your express consent.

D&L uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protection and encryption software to protect all order information, including your name, address, and credit card number. For SSL security to work you must use an SSL enabled browser (any version 3 or higher browser should work). By using this site, transmitting information, and ordering products, you agree to not hold D&L liable for loss, theft, or unintentional disclosure of your personal information.

Online Ordering and Pricing

D&L strive for a 100% accurate site; however we do not guarantee that any content is complete or accurate including pricing and product specifications. If we discover any inaccuracies, errors or omissions we reserve the right to correct those errors at any time. We also reserve the right to discontinue offering any products, sales or other special offers at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order or sale for the following reasons: item(s) must be installed by a licensed contractor, inaccuracies, limitations in product availability, errors in product or pricing information, suspected fraud, problems with method of payment, product size and/or shipping costs, or customer conduct is found to be in violation of North Carolina or U.S. laws. If an order you placed is cancelled or changed, every reasonable effort to contact you will be made, and any charges for the items will be refunded.
