ComfortSite™ is open to ALL HVAC contractors, not just Trane® contractors.

If you are not a Trane® contractor, the procedure to sign up for ComfortSite™ would be handled through D&L. If you are a Trane® contractor you need to contact your local Trane® DSO office, however if you’ve already signed up to order your Trane® equipment on ComfortSite™ then it’s just a simple procedure to get you set up to also use the PARTS section of ComfortSite™.
